All funds raised through the Bright Garden Appeal will be applied in furtherance of the charitable purposes set out for the appeal and will be distributed equally between The Alnwick Garden and
Bright Northumbria Charity.
In the event that total funds raised exceed the stated target of £300,000, any additional funds will be apportioned on a 50/50 basis between The Alnwick Garden and Bright Northumbria Charity and applied to the same stated purposes, unless otherwise required by law or regulatory guidance.
In the event that the appeal does not reach its target, all funds received will nevertheless be allocated equally between the two organisations and applied, as far as reasonably practicable, towards the delivery of the intended stated purposes of the appeal.
